Products & license

Our products are digital files (spreadsheets, guides, templates) delivered electronically through Gumroad. When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files.

Not professional advice

BlueprintKit content and tools are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. They are not financial, tax, legal, investment, engineering, or construction advice, and are not a substitute for a licensed professional. Cost figures, benchmarks, and calculations are estimates that vary by market, scope, and conditions. Payments

Purchases are processed by Gumroad (merchant of record) and its payment processor. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and products are owned by Moonwind Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonwind Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
