30-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our products. If a BlueprintKit digital product doesn't deliver what the product page promised, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you — no hoops.

How to request a refund

Email hello@blueprintkit.co from the address you purchased with, include your Gumroad order number, and a one-line reason (it helps us improve). Because Gumroad is our merchant of record, refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

For any recurring membership, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; the current period remains active through its end.

Note on digital goods

Our products are instantly downloadable digital files. This policy is our voluntary satisfaction guarantee and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
